Price : Our prices are inclusive of all taxes, including management and circulation rights for Metropolitan France. They agree for orders of 6 bottles minimum. A fixed contribution of 35 Euros is required for transport costs.
Products : The wines included in our tariff are offered without commitment and unless sold, within the limits of the quantities available; once delivered they remain our property until full payment.
Shipping : Shipping costs include packing, handling and shipping costs. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with the package containing fragile products. Upon registration of your order, we will acknowledge receipt, and we will indicate the date on which your bottles are delivered to our carrier: they must then reach you within a period that can not exceed 6 days from this date (except for orders placed between November 20 and December 31, during which time delays can not be guaranteed by the carrier).
Damage : At the arrival of your parcel, and before signing the delivery note check the contents: in case of missing or breakage, make the findings and reservations on the delivery note, in the presence of delivery person, then within THREE DAYS, confirm these reservations by registered letter addressed to the carrier so that you can be compensated.
Litigation : As the goods are payable to Salles la Source, all disputes arising from these agreements will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rodez.
